Everyone has something to hold on to during the darkest of times. A prayer. A loved one. A special song. A beautiful memory. For everyone it is something different. For me it is the musical "Mamma Mia!". I still remember seeing it for the first time in London. I was quite sad and desperate at the time and only went because my Mum wanted to. And the miracle happened. After ten minutes I felt a smile on my face (the first in months) and after another ten minutes I laughed so hard I had to cry. That night I was me again - for the first time in ages. I even sang and danced at the end (which it *so* not my, come to think of it *lol*). Since then every time things felt so bad I thought I couldn't go on I hoped on a plane and went to see the show. Best therapy I could ever have wished for.

And now on June 30th - thanks to one of my two best friends - I had the chance to get a ticket for the world premiere of the "Mamma Mia"-movie in London. We had the best time ever. It was *really* bizzare to suddenly see Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Meryl Streep just a few meters away and even more bizzare to walk over the red carpet (which was blue actually *lol*). The movie was great fun and I was amazed to find everyone getting up and singing and dancing in the aisles - just like everyone does in the stage show. We went so see the stage show on tuesday and I had so much fun and kept smiling and laughing so much it almost hurt. Those two days gave me so much strenght and energy back and I am still amazed at how something as simple as a musical can heal your soul so completely. Now I just have to get through another week of really hard work at the office and then I finally hope to be able to concentrate on photography and writing again. Haven't felt this creative in ages and it's a really good feeling
